SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON MOST OF OUR ITEMS!  Unless specifically noted, ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.  It's a bit different than your typical online store, in that "in stock" simply means we are selling the item, but we individually handcraft each item, so it is not ready to ship. Sorry guys, but these are not mass produced items.

Current lead times for trellises is 6-8 weeks. We do not accept cancellations after 48 hours. We are a small workshop and accept or deny orders based on orders sold, purchase non-returnable/non-refundable materials every few days based on orders placed, thus we can no longer accept cancellations after 48 hours of purchase.

WE SHIP USPS PRIORITY and FEDEX GROUND and only ship to US locations. If you are located outside the US, your order may be cancelled and refunded unless you agree to pay international shipping costs.

 

While we always try to maintain our schedule, we are a small business of just a few friendly folks, designing and handcrafting each item just for you, right here in our shop in Florida, from start to finish. From time to time, we can experience delays that may cause a little bit of a longer wait. Rest assured, we are always working hard to get your item to you as quick as we can, and we appreciate your kind patience.

 

COVID-19: We have experienced some delays in deliveries due to USPS, FEDEX and UPS being busier than normal. Be aware that tracking may not be accurate due to FedEx and USPS situations that are beyond our control. We will not provide refunds for shipping delays, nor will we cover the costs incurred due to these delays (i.e. landscapers and installers who were scheduled and couldn't install due to late package arrivals.) 


RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCEL POLICY

Returns are offered only in the following situations:

Items damaged in shipping.

Items not as described.

Exchanges may be offered if customer agrees to pay additional shipping costs.

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. We are a small workshop and accept or deny orders based on orders sold, purchase non-returnable/non-refundable materials every few days based on orders placed, thus we can no longer accept cancellations after 48 hours of purchase. Please do not purchase if you feel you may wish to cancel. We will make changes to orders, i.e. change sizes, colors, special requests, etc., providing the item has not already been made. Please contact us immediately if you need change to your order.

PAYMENT METHOD

For those who prefer to pay by check, cash apps, etc. please contact us. Otherwise credit cards are accepted.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Wholesale opportunities are very limited. We currently have a short waitlist if you are interested in selling our products. Please contact us for information. Wholesale pricing is offered on a minimum of 20 units purchased. Wholesale discount is 15%, regardless of quantity. Our retail pricing is extremely reasonable, thus we cannot offer a deep discount for wholesale pricing.
